J&K
Group was initially established under the
name J&K Properties in 1999 as the first
Real Estate Company solely concentrated
on letting properties in Malta & Gozo.
The company is a family run concern as is
managed by two brothers, Kevin and Jeffrey
Buttigieg, and their father, Joseph.
Over the years, the Company has grown steadily
and has diversified into Hotel Accommodation,
Property Management, Event Management, Car
Leasing, Air Travel Flight Tickets and

most recently with the purchase of the Master
Franchise of RE/MAX Malta, Property Sales.
With a number of services to provide to their
customers the strategic decision of dividing the
company into 3 divisions was made. These are J&K
Corporate Services, J&K Properties and J&K
Travel Services.
J&K Corporate Services
J&K Corporate services was created to provide
a more focused service to the large portfolio
of local and foreign corporate clients that J&K
Properties have been providing services to over
the years. The J&K Philosophy remains that
companies relocating to Malta need a company that
they can rely on to provide them a number of services
under one roof. This saves clients time and money.
Saving time running after different suppliers
for different services and saving money by buying
in to a company that has already been around and
receives beneficial prices for their clients already.
The structure at J&K Corporate Services is
set up in such away that the client will receive
a personalised service throughout the business
relationship. In fact, when a client deals with

J&K Properties
J&K Properties was where we started from
and today it manages the Real Estate division
under the brand name of RE/MAX Professionals.
The company runs its own Real Estate offices as
well as owns the RE/MAX franchise rights in Malta.
We presently have two Real Estate offices in Malta
located in the prominent locations of Sliema and
St. Julian’s and are shortly opening another
office in Gozo. The Real Estate Services we provide
are Residential Sales and Lettings, Commercial
Sales and Letting and Relocation.
J&K Travel Services
J&K Travel Services was created to manage
our incoming and outgoing travel. We are a leading
Villa Holiday and Holiday Apartment rental company
as well as a Travel Agent for incoming and outgoing
airline tickets and Hotel Accommodation. We manage
bookings for over 43 Villas in Malta and Gozo
and various Apartments in Malta. As a tour operator,
we provide hotel accommodation to incoming tourists.

Car Renting/Leasing

rental Car Company’s. Our corporate car
rental service includes any pick up from airport
or accommodation, return to airport, twenty four
hours breakdown service including replacement
car, car wash every fifteen days and fully comprehensive
insurance.
Concierge
Service
Our services go further than the typical 9am
– 5pm working hours; we offer our services
Monday to Sunday twenty-four hours a day. In addition
to the above-mentioned services we also offer
miscellaneous services and tailor made services
to save you time running around looking for different
suppliers. These services include mobile phones,
airline tickets, taxi/limousine service, tours
around the Islands, boat charter, property management
including maid service, laundry service, plumber/electrician
service and other services on request.
