However it is only a five minute drive away from Paceville, the hub of Malta`s recreational area where one can find loads of pubs, restaurants, shopping mall, casino, cinemas, bowling, imax theatre, nightclubs and beach. Villa Phantasia is a three bedroom fully detached villa complete with large swimming pool, large games room and gym for an ideal holiday. The main bedroom has a large terrace with excellent sea and country views. It has a queen size bed, a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom, air-condition, tv, telephone, and room to room intercom. Two other twin bedrooms that can be turned to double, both air-conditioned, and room to room intercom. Large lounge which is airconditioned and has a fireplace, sofa which can also be turned into a double bed, thus making the villa accommodate up to eight adults. It also has a large picture window with excellent views and large door leading to garden and swimming pool. An excellently equipped kitchen/dining with refrigerator, freezer, electric oven/microwave, electric hob, and all necessary utensils. It is also air-conditioned, has a cast iron stove, t.v. and room to room intercom. The kitchen leads to a sunroom and to the pool area. In the utility room one can make use of the washing machine, dishwasher, and ironing board. The villa also has a main bathroom, and an extra shower room. The pool is approximately thirty two feet by thirty feet, with a large pool deck, barbeque, outside shower, gazebo, outside dining area, large terrace and garden. In the games room there is a full size snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dartboard, and gym. There is also a shower room and room to room intercom. Rates include water, electricity, airconditioning and heating charges, maid service + change of towels/linen once weekly. A Finnish Sauna and a five hole crazy golf course is also available at an extra cost.
