The farmhouse/villa is situated on the edge of the Maltese town of San Gwann, adjoining it on one side and open country on the other. The entrance leads into a large, very spacious and naturally lit open plan room, dining area next to the kitchen, sitting area which can easily accommodate up to 10 people (also having stereo cd/radio), fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table (including dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double bedroom with shower ensuite, separate full bathroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 single bed and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds & small shower ensuite. Most rooms lead to the pool area. An ideal self catering accommodation for a perfect holiday! Sleeps up to a maximum of 11 persons. Maid service and change of linen supplied once per week. Highchair provided upon request and baby cot provided free of charge. Rates cover water & electricity but NOT air-conditioning which is optional and paid by meter charges. Price at €276.00 per night.
