The main property comprises entrance hall with telephone (Easyline service), sitting/dining area (airconditioned), living room with fireplace and tv (Melita Cable Service), fully equipped kitchen/b`fast including oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 shower room with washing machine on ground level. It also comprises 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, 1 bathroom also with shower and a further shower room on upper level. The main property sleeps up to 10 persons however, the annex sleeps an extra 3 persons and therefore can be available for bigger groups. The annex includes a kitchenette, a shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. Property has a lovely BBQ area, a large pool side with garden furniture, a pool shower area with spare toilet. Maid service and change of linen supplied once per week for bookings of more than 1 week stay. Water, electricity, airconditioning, linen and towels are all included in price. It is only a 10-minute drive from St Julians, 10km from the airport, 25km from the Gozo ferry and 4km from the beach.
