The Castille Hotel hosts two restaurants:
the De Robertis Roof Top Restaurant is situated on the 2nd highest point in Valletta, enjoying breath-taking views of the Grand Harbour, the Three Cities and most of the island. It serves local and Mediterranean dishes, including French cuisine and a varied list of local and foreign wines.
The old underground wine cellars and kitchens have been converted into a pizza/pasta place, La Cave, offering a wide selection of wines from all over the world and the best wines of Malta.
