It is an insurance policy that combines various personal insurance protections, which can include losses occurring to one’s home, its contents, loss of its use (additional living expenses), or loss of other personal possessions of the homeowner, as well as liability insurance for accidents that may happen at the home or at the hands of the homeowner within the policy territory. Cover ranges from fire and theft, to floods following a storm, burst pipes or water containing apparatus. Most insurers offer similar basic cover but differ in pricing and additional benefits, depending on the occupancy and security of the private residence. Following a fact find we will source out the best deal depending on the above mentioned factors.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is intended to cover medical expenses, financial default of travel suppliers, and other losses incurred while traveling such as money and luggage. Temporary travel insurance can usually be arranged at the time of the booking of a trip to cover exactly the duration of that trip, or a more extensive, continuous insurance can be purchased from insurance companies or travel agents. However, travel insurance purchased from travel suppliers tends to be less inclusive than insurance offered by insurance companies. Travel insurance often offers coverage for a variety of travellers. Student travel, business travel, leisure travel, adventure travel, and cruise travel are all various options that can be insured. Having access to the main insurers we will make sure you will get the most extensive possible cover depending on your destination, type and duration of travel.

Health Insurance

This is insurance against loss by illness or bodily injury. Health insurance provides coverage for medicine, visits to the doctor or emergency room, hospital stays and other medical expenses. Policies differ in what they cover, limits of coverage and the options for treatment available to the policyholder. Health insurance can be directly purchased by an individual, or it may be provided through an employer. There are a number of companies which provide private health insurance. Commercial Insurance

Commercial insurance is a contract between an insurer and a business owner whose purpose is to minimize the owners' risks against losses, whether from weather, theft, vandalization, lawsuits, accidents or any other reason. So in essence, the potential for a greater (possibly devastating) loss is reduced to a smaller loss (the cost of the premium). Let us source out a policy according to your type of business - be it a small to medium enterprise to a large commercial risk.

Condominium Insurance

These are specific policies designed to cover residential associations known as condominium insurance - commonly used for a block of apartments. Cover ranges from fire, malicious damage, weather damage and other insured perils. These may be applied to the Buildings as a whole or just for the common areas. Liability insurance is also included, especially public liability and machinery breakdown for the passenger lift or car lift (if available). Depending on the size and specific features of the condominium we will source out the appropriate insurer.

Life Assurance

Life assurance guarantees a payment of a sum of money (known as the “sum assured’) in the event of your death (the “insured”). There are two main types of life assurances:

Term assurance – which covers the life of the insured and pays the sum assured in the event of death of the insured. This type of assurance has no cash value and once the term of the plan is over, the plan will expire.

Endowment assurance – provides cover as explained above with the added benefit of having part of the premium being invested. There are two types of endowment plans namely:

“With-profit” plans – having the invested portion of the premium earning a bonus declared annually by the company and

“Unit-linked” plans – having the invested portion of the premium being invested in a selection of investment funds.

Whatever your needs, we will source out the right product specifically designed to protect and secure your life assurance needs.

There are three types of Professional Indemnity wordings:

1 Negligent act, negligent error or negligent omission

This indemnifies the policyholder against loss/circumstances incurred only as a result of their negligent act, negligent error or negligent omission in carrying out the policyholders business. This is the narrowest form of cover
